2018-19 Student Registration

Registration for the 2018-19 school year opens on Tuesday, May 1! You will receive an email link to complete the online process. It has been streamlined to make it all MUCH more user friendly. Some new processes for 2018-19 will be:

  • In addition to completing online registration, all families MUST attend Walk In Enrollment on either August 1 or 2, 2018 (times TBA) to prove residency in D114. Also at this time, you will also be able to have any questions answered, complete any needed health forms, sign up for the PTA, purchase D114 spirit wear, and MORE! If you are unable to attend on these dates, you can come to prove residency by coming into Lotus or Stanton during the month of July anytime between 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. The requirements for proving residency are attached to this week's Friday Facts email. Please call 847-973-4028 for additional information or with questions.

  • Student safety is our #1 priority. One key way we can improve our practices is by upgrading our transportation routing and bus service. We are already building the maps for our new transportation routing software, examining our bus fleet and driver capacity to ensure we minimize bus ride time, and that we create the safest routes and stops possible. To do so, bus stops will be assigned to students. This will ensure safety and efficient ride times.

All fee balances have been reset and cleared in order to open registration for 2018-19. Please note that all fees owed MUST be paid moving forward as applicable; D114 will follow up on fee collection to ensure all families are treated fairly and held accountable for fees due.

Lotus families--NEW THIS YEAR...you can purchase your school supplies as part of the registration process! This in an optional fee, but hopefully will give parents a convenient way to buying school supplies. Please look for hard copy supply order forms next week in your child's lunch box. I'll also attach the forms electronically to the Friday Facts each week.

If you have any questions or input, please contact me directly at heather.friziellie@foxlake114.org or 847-973-4038.
